Tolulope Tunde Ajiboye, who strongly believes nothing under God is unachievable, no circumstance is strong enough to hold anyone bound, and no challenge is insurmountable with a heart fastened on Jesus.
As an unashamed lover of Jesus, a woman after God’s Heart, a two-time author, seasoned professional, Event Planner, dynamic speaker, award-winning life coach, member of Women in Business, Management and Public Life (WIMBIZ), and founder of Blooming Amazons Ministry (BLAM), TTA, as she’s fondly called, effortlessly and gracefully wears many caps.
Tolulope Tunde Ajiboye ‘s EARLY LIFE
TTA was born on August 15, 1986. She grew up in Lagos with her parents and an older brother.
Speaking about her childhood during an interview, she said, “I was particularly an outspoken child and a super smart kid. I remember being the star of memorizing and the queen of learning routines.
I was almost always the youngest in any group I was in—the brigade and choir being two of my fondest. No one, no matter their size, could intimidate me into silence.
I was, and I still am, very bold.” Her mom was a very active member of the Methodist church and worked in a Federal parastatal.
TTA graduated from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State, in 2006 with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
She holds various certifications on conflict resolution, management, leadership, and emotional intelligence from renowned institutions. She is also a graduate of the Rhema Bible Training Center in, Abuja.

In 2008, at the age of 22, TTA got married to her heartthrob Babatunde Chukwuma Ajiboye ABC, a seasoned Public servant. They reside in Abuja with their four godly seeds.
Being a “Super Mom”, she believes that the importance of strong family values cannot be overemphasized and it is possible to be successful in the market place and also at the home front, networking/partnership plays a vital role in growth and development and the empowered woman is one of the greatest assets of any society/nation.

TTA has, in her kitty, numerous awards.In June 2018, she was named Next Generation Female Leader by African women in leadership organization and on the 14th of November 2020, she graced the cover of the Guardian newspaper as the Guardian Woman.

TTA uses her books to minister wholeness , healing and restoration. Her book “Undaunted” has been christened the testament of God’s love and His redemptive ability to wield our pains, mistakes, betrayals and build a masterpiece out of it, while “Bloom” is a compilation of her true life events , a proof that we all can indeed thrive through adversity.
Her life’s goal is to stir up an awakening in women, both young and old to live at their best. She hopes that when people look at her life, they will not see Her, but see how God can make a fine vessel of a young girl raised in Iju-Agege, Lagos.

Started in January 2018, Blooming Amazons Ministry, BLAM, is a platform for building a global community of purpose-driven women; a for-purpose ministry that is focused on supporting young women to discover and live in the reality of being ALL that God has called them to be.
TTA has a passion for young marriages, as she got into the institution at the young age of 22, being a light to other women in this regard.
With the Platform BLAM, she organizes conferences and seminars, both online and onsite, for young women particularly between the ages of 22 and 40 for the purpose of knowledge impartation and spiritual nourishment with the aim of challenging them to live up to their full potential and contribute their quota to transforming the society and the world at large.
Discussing practical issues that might not be talked about in typical religious settings, as they get mentored and listen to older/thriving women’s true stories of how they have attained their success and significance in their respective fields.
A strong network is fostered from these conferences, encouraging women to support each other, acknowledging that “there’s enough room for everyone” and competition and rivalry are baseless.
She believes with collaboration, much more can be achieved. TTA strongly believes that walking in purpose and vision is key because life will surely deal everyone a blow, but vision will keeps one in check and grounded.
One of BLAM’s biggest activities is the annual Undaunted Conference where women have the opportunity to listen, learn and be inspired by very successful women like Mrs. Ibukun Awosika and Pastor Mildred Okonkwo.
The impact of BLAM, also, has been awesome. A lot of participants have gone on a complete journey of self-rediscovery.

Asides from working at one of the leading commercial banks, where she has rendered service as Funds Transfer/ Cross Selling Officer for over a decade, TTA also doubles as the Lead Coach at TTALIFECLASS where she walks individuals from various walks of life through living a wholesome life.

In October 2019, she decided to follow her passion for events and Launched her events company, The 2705 events Company, a luxury events company that delivers unfettered experiences to her clients.
